Dear Family...

Dear Family,
We have know one another for a long time now. Please understand that just because I live in a home surrounded by males...this does not make me a male. Please take the time to realize that the only week during the month that I bother to close the bathroom door...it is more for your benefit than mine. Also, when that week is upon us please realize that I find you all truly annoying. Seriously. The other three weeks a month you are all cute and adorable, even when your misbehaving. But this week....you're not so cute and adorable. And how can you not notice when to be on your best behavior? Why do you insist on saving your worst behavior for the time when I have the least patience? Is that an over-sight on your end or what? It is as simple as basic math...bathroom door is closed= be good around mom. Or face the consequences. I yell quicker, louder and more often. And if it seems like I am ignoring you during this week....believe me, it is much better for all of us this way.

Just saying.

Ah the joys of Aunt Flo's visits! Why can't she get the hint that she upsets the whole household when she arrives? So sorry! I hope she leaves in less than a week!

Couldn't have put it better for women all over the world. We have four daughters and my poor hubby has the brunt of the "cursed week" the most.

Haha one reason why I like living with just my sister and my mom LOL When I'm out visiting my dad, he picks up on it FAST. lol And that's when he pretty much doesn't argue with me at all. haha. Hope the boys don't bother you too much this week!

Love it! You just described this past week for me...I have a daughter and a son but how hard is it to give a mom a little peace and quiet when she is in the bathroom??? :)
