Good morning
Happy Sunday....it is nearly 10am and we are all still in our jammies. I was going to toss the boys in the tub but we are going to a Graduation party this afternoon and they will be swimming in the Delaware River. Which means they are going to need a good scrubbing when we get home.....so I am blogging instead. Does that make me a bad mom? LOL...I didn't think so either.
Yesterday was a good day. The Graduation party was fun and the food was great. The boys were worn out by the time we got home so that is ALWAYS a plus. Todays party is closer to our house and starts earlier in the day. I'm not sure I will be getting a nap before we go, even though I really NEED one. Oh Well.
J starts day camp tomorrow. Two weeks of a semi-quiet house...woo hoo. Can you tell I am just as excited as he is?? Did you ever notice kids start acting bratty around the same time that they are old enough to go off to school or camp? I'm thinking it is God's way of making us less anxious when they leave. What do you think?

I am so glad you all had such a good day yesterday and the boys were worn out enough not to fight about bedtime.
i am also glad you are having an easy Sunday morning to just lay around in your jammies till it is time to get ready for another good fun day today.
You are a good mom to wait and put the boys in the tub and scrub them down to the bones after swimming in that awful dirty Delaware River.
I hope you and J enjoy the next two weeks of summer camp and that while he is at camp it will give R time to know what it is going to be like when J starts school in Sept. and it will just be the two of you home all day alone. Wow! time is going by so fast.
I'm glad you've been having a good weekend, Denise!
yup, I've swam in the delaware.. they will definitly need a good scrub down!!!
yeah - anytime mine are on break from school, it is about time to go back just as they are starting to kill each other...
I hope you all had a terrific time yesterday and that you are enjoying the semi-quiet house!! Hugs!
