No, we had fried chicken from my favorite place. It's a place by my mom's house. So I stopped by there after I went to see my two year old niece and my 3 month old twin boy nephews. I of course did not have any of the chicken or other various goodies. I had myself some enchiladas, black beans, rice, sour cream and lettuce. It was FABULOUS!!
And thanks for asking. I will talk to you tomorrow, I am tired.. too much work at school today.Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01042169156144889329noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5602219224415733927.post-82422601565340893782008-11-06T21:44:00.000-05:002008-11-06T21:44:00.000-05:00your excitement even makes grinchy old me a little...your excitement even makes grinchy old me a little happier about the upcoming holiday.

you are right... I'm an all year round shopper and am always looking for that perfect gift so while I don't want it to come any earlier I'm good with right after Halloween.

I'm so happy that your mom and dad will be able to be with you for the Holiday season. It's wonderful to have family to surround you even if you are missing someone terribly. I hope all works out for you to have your son with you.

One thought on your Grandfather: (this all depends on his health) Did you think about possibly keeping a few gifts aside and going to the nursing home so that way your children can still open a few gifts with Grandpa? You could probably even take in something for breakfast. It won't be the same but it may ease the pain of being apart for all of you.Jessicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13101931077573398095noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5602219224415733927.post-36143146741227867092008-11-06T20:58:00.000-05:002008-11-06T20:58:00.000-05:00I about screamed when I was at Walmart today and C...I about screamed when I was at Walmart today and Christmas music was playing. For me, it is WAY TOO early for all that. Maybe the week before Thanksgiving, but less than 1 week after Halloween.

Thanks for stopping by the ole JujuBoo World. :)Lisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06960656406300787294noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5602219224415733927.post-68440010574075483042008-11-06T19:32:00.000-05:002008-11-06T19:32:00.000-05:00You can call us a distraction that doesn't hurt ou...You can call us a distraction that doesn't hurt our feelings because we know what your true feelings are. You are going to have to fight with the boys to get some of our attention when they are awake so be prepared for that too. Hurry up Christmas and make that week go slow so we can enjoy every minute of every day that we are there.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5602219224415733927.post-43721551125314479822008-11-06T17:54:00.000-05:002008-11-06T17:54:00.000-05:00I don't like Christmas too early, but I've started...I don't like Christmas too early, but I've started to really embrace the holidays in the past couple of years, so I don't mind it being somewhat early.
